Last week was Space Week.  We learned the names of the planets and their order from the sun.  Then we thought up some silly sentences to help us remember their names and order.  This is called nmemonics.  Here are some of the silly sentences some of us came up with:

'My very enormous monkey juggles Smarties under nettles.'

'My very enormous monster just sat under N...'

'Magic view: Every monster just sat under nothing.'

'Mr Ventor entered marvelous James' super universe now.'

'My very enormous monkey juggles some unique nuts..'

and

'My very educated mother just served us noodles.'

In our Art lesson on Friday we made rockets!

We love Art.  We recently used cotton buds to 'paint' autumn leaves. This is called pointilism.
