Both 1st classes took a trip to Blackrock Library and had the oppurtunity to learn about different chemicals.
The workshop revolved around making chemical reactions.
They used various items such as baking soda, water, vingegar and different equipment.
The boys watched in awe as the different materials changed colours.
It was a great day and they also enjoyed a lovely walk to the library.
