Recently in Art, we learned about geometric and organic shapes. We learned about the French artist, Henri Matisse. In his later years, he used cut-outs to make his pictures, making a lot of use of organic shapes. We made some pictures using organic shapes. Last week we imitated his famous picture 'The Snail'. 'The Snail' can be seen in the Tate Modern in London.
