St. Mary’s Boys Take on the Active Break Every Day Challenge! During the last two weeks, we have been full of energy and enthusiasm as we have taken part in the Active Break Every Day Challenge. Run by Active School Flag in collaboration with the Irish Heart Foundation, the challenge encourages us all  to stay active and healthy throughout the school day. Each day, we step away from our desks for short, fun physical activities. From jumping jacks and dancing to stretches and games, these breaks not only boost our fitness but also help improve our focus and mood.

We're proud of the effort and teamworkall the classes have shown so far. Keep up the great work, everyone—active bodies mean active minds!
