5th Class have had a busy and exciting start to the year, settling into their new routines and getting stuck into lots of different activities across the curriculum! In English, the children explored recount writing and created their own recount journals based on the theme “A Day I’ll Never Forget”, producing some interesting personal stories. They have also been enjoying their swimming lessons and carrying out a range of hands-on Science experiments to investigate adaptation and how living things survive in their environments. Our Microsoft Dream Space Ambassadors are now officially up and running, having completed their first online training session and begun their journey towards becoming technology leaders in the school. It has been a great start to 5th Class, with plenty of learning, creativity and new experiences along the way!
