It has been a busy end of term in 2nd Class. A number of weeks ago, the Team Hope van came to collect all the shoeboxes that we had prepared to send to children in other parts of the world who would not receive any Christmas gifts. In Art, we did imitations of Piet Mondrian's style using the primary colours. We enjoyed our gymnastic sessions with Mark and are happy that we will have two more lessons in January. We also got to visit Dubray Bookshop in Blackrock for a session with author, Alan Nolan, He was very funny. He showed us how to draw one of his book characters. For the past couple of weeks, we have been preparing for our Carol Service which was held on December 16th. This was our first time being included in the Senior Carol Service and we were very excited. Our teachers were very proud of us
